Welcome to Bharath Party Links (hereinafter referred to as "BPL")! By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Planning: We at BPL will work closely with you to plan and execute your event to the best of our ability. We will take your inputs and preferences into consideration, but the final decision will always rest with BPL. Any changes to the event plan should be communicated to us at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Payment: BPL requires a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost of the event at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event. If the balance is not paid in full, the event may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your event, we must be notified in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the event. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, your deposit will not be refunded. Any expenses incurred by BPL on behalf of the event will be billed to the client.
Liability: BPL will not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages to the client, guests or property during the event. The client assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the event.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks and patents, in relation to any content on our website or social media platforms, are owned by BPL. No content may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality: BPL will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including personal information and event details, and will not share such information with any third party.
Force Majeure: BPL will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government regulations.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
